REFUND POLICY
Returns & Refunds
Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, we can only accept returns for items that arrive damaged, defective, or with printing errors. We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or general dissatisfaction with the design.
Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or replacement within 30 days of delivery if your item:
- Arrives damaged or defective
- Has a printing error or quality issue
- Is the wrong item or size (our error)
How to Request a Return
If you believe your item qualifies for a return, please contact us at ravenaltdesigns@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos clearly showing the defect or issue
- A brief description of the problem
Return Process
Once we review your request:
- Approved returns will receive a replacement item or full refund at our discretion
- Return shipping instructions will be provided if needed
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of approval
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Items without defects or errors
- Size exchanges (please refer to our size charts before ordering)
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse
- Items returned without prior authorization
